Every Arai helmet is virtually 100% handmade to make the helmet wearer feel safer and more comfortable in a better fitting helmet. Automotive helmet designs feature a lightweight complex laminate construction shell, extremely soft EPS liner for better comfort and impact energy management, removable/replaceable/washable cheek pads, wider eye ports, new aerodynamic shield pivots, positive shield locks, HANS post anchors, intake and rear air vents, and newly sculptured chin bars for structural integrity.

Every helmet is signed on the inside by the Arai team member who hand built it with pride, care and devotion.
