Signaling continued growth in the interest of remanufacturing in the heavy duty marketplace, The Big R/ReMaTecUSA 2015 is seeing a growing number of Heavy Duty buyers attending the show. According to Joe Kripli, president of the Automotive Parts Remanufacturers Association (APRA), Volvo Trucks, Deutz, Caterpillar, Daewoo, Cummins, MTU America, Mitsubishi Electric have all registered to attend this year’s event in Las Vegas.
“The increased interest of heavy duty buyers underlines the opportunities of the Big R/ReMaTecUSA event as the largest remanufacturing show in the United States,” says Joe Kripli, President of the Automotive Parts Remanufacturers Association (APRA). Kripli continues: “Heavy Duty remanufacturing is a growing market and these OEMs will be enabled to connect with strategic suppliers, core brokers, see latest equipment, network with industry experts and get valuable insights through our ‘Better Your Business’ seminar program, all in just three days.”
Big R/ReMaTecUSA will be held October 31 through November 2 in the RIO Hotel & Convention Center, Las Vegas, Nevada. Entrance badges can be purchased online at www.rematec.com/usa.
Big R/ReMaTecUSA was organized in 2014 by APRA and RAI Amsterdam, organizers of the biennial remanufacturing trade show ReMaTec Amsterdam. The show has its origins in the annual International Big R Show, held by APRA since the 1940s. Traditionally, the Big R show has focused on automotive remanufacturing, but a widening scope means Heavy Duty, Commercial Vehicle, and Off-Highway remanufacturers are now attending the show.
