Holley/MSD has announced the release of a comprehensive line of new shop tools and other builder’s products from Earl’s Performance Plumbing. Included are professional-grade tubing benders; Super Stock hose clamps and pliers; Pro Hose shop tools, hardline tubing, benders, and cutters; and stainless steel hardline tubing and AN adapters.
Earl’s new tubing benders can handle all tubing materials – aluminum, copper, nickel, and even harder metals such as mild and stainless steel. Ideal for use with Earl’s hardline tubing, these easy-to-use lever-style tools come in five different sizes – 3/16″, 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, and 5/8″ – and are each sold separately. The open side of the tool slips easily over the tube at any point and makes smooth, consistent, tight-radius bends up to 180 degrees without scoring or flattening the tubing.
Earl’s new Super Stock clamps are designed specifically for use in harsh environments such as elevated temperatures and pressures. Lightweight, made of stainless steel, and easy to install with the available pliers, they’re sold in sets of five.
Earl’s D100 Series Crimping Machine gives you the ability to make your own custom crimped hoses. Compatible with all Earl’s crimp-on style hose ends, including Ultra-Pro, Ultra-Flex, Auto-Crimp, and Super-Stock, the machine is versatile and flexible enough to work with most other crimp-on hose and hose-end brands. It comes complete with a powerful 35-ton hydraulic cylinder, a 1.5-horsepower electric motor pre-wired for 115V AC, a micro-crimp adjuster, and a bench-mounting base. (Dies are sold separately.)
Earl’s tubing benders are affordable, high-quality bending tools engineered for use with steel, copper, and copper/nickel hardline tubing. Suited for Earl’s new hardline tubing, the “mini” bender bends up to 90 degrees and is perfect for 1/8”, 3/16”, and 1/4″ tubing. The standard-size bender bends up to 180 degrees, is also compatible with 3/16″ tubing, and is perfect for 1/4″, 5/16”, and 3/8” tubing.
Earl’s tubing cutters are developed to stand up to all types of hardline tubing – steel, stainless steel, copper, and copper/nickel alloys – for a clean cut every time. Ideal for use with Earl’s new hardline, they feature a replaceable cutting wheel and deburring tool that retracts into the handle.
Earl’s all-new line of stainless steel hardline tubing and stainless steel AN adapters is perfect for building your own brake lines, fuel lines, transmission cooler lines, or for any custom plumbing application. The annealed 304 stainless steel tubing is easy to bend and form in single or double flares. It’s sold in straight lengths from 12” to 96” and can be polished for a durable show-car appearance that will never rust.
The new adapters include stainless steel tube nuts, tube sleeves, and all kinds of designs for NPT and AN plumbing applications. They’re great for anything that would benefit from the appearance and durability of stainless steel – especially marine applications. Part-numbering for the new stainless steel adapters is the same as for other Earl’s aluminum adapters, with the exception of an “SS” added to the beginning of the part number to denote stainless steel. Expansions are expected to be made to this line of stainless steel adapters in the coming months.
