Deadline Extended for Engine Builder of the Year Entries

To better coordinate the entries from across the country, the deadline for the 2017 Engine Builders of the Year program has been extended until midnight, Friday, September 15, 2017.

The contest entry form is available at www.topenginebuilders.com and allows engine builders, suppliers and customers to nominate their ideal candidate as Vintage, Diesel or Race Engine Builder of the Year.

“As my grandmother used to tell me, ‘It ain’t bragging if you can back it up,'” said Engine Builder editor Doug Kaufman about the contest. “Together with our great sponsoring partner, Federal-Mogul Motorparts, we are again looking for examples of the most resourceful, innovative and  successful engine builders in the United States. We truly recognize the efforts they make and want to celebrate with them. With this being the 6th annual award, we’ve found no shortage of great candidates!”

This year’s celebration will take place Wednesday, December 6, in Indianapolis, IN. Winners and runners up in each category will be revealed at a special ceremony the evening before the opening of the 30th Annual Performance Racing Industry Trade Show.
