This year King Engine Bearings will present its revolutionary pMaxKote factory made and applied nano-composite polymer coating for race applications.
“Polymer coated bearings have been available for domestic race engines for several years, and lately we’ve experienced an increased interest in coated bearings for sport compact applications. We are glad to lead this evolving trend and provide the sport compact market with superior bearings and the extra protection needed for these race engines,” said Limor Karpatkin, King’s vp sales & marketing.
King will present sport compact pMaxkote race bearings for Nissan VR38 GTR, Subaru EJ/FA, Honda B&K Series, Toyota 2JZ and more. For domestic V8’s, King will display a wide range of pMaxkote race bearings including for Modular Ford/Coyote engines, GM LS small and big block engines and many more.
King’s polymer coating contains ceramic nano-composite particles that function as a fourth layer over the pMaxBlack structure – without changing the bearing’s original precision wall thickness dimension.
