Engine Parts Group Adds Australian Engine Parts Distributor
Engine Parts Group, Inc. has added a new member/shareholder in Australia and will now offer Engine Pro and other name brands of engine parts in the country.
Nason Engine Parts, based in Melbourne, joined EPGI at the group’s summer shareholders meeting June 14, 2012. Nason has been a warehouse distributor specializing in engine parts for more than 70 years and is the fastest growing engine parts distributor in Australia. They have locations in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth.
Engine Parts Group President Don Weber said, “Nason is a perfect fit for EPGI. Like the other members, Nason is a warehouse distributor specializing in providing engine parts to professional engine builders and auto parts stores.”
Headquartered in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, EPGI is made up of ten independent engine parts distributors. The group now operates 35 distribution centers serving machine shops, engine rebuilders and jobber customers throughout the United States and Australia.
