The F79A Machining Center is intended for both the small to medium size diesel engine remanufacturer and the performance racing engine builder. These versatile machines are pre-programmed and ready to perform many common jobs such as boring and sleeving, surfacing heads and blocks, main and camshaft line boring and connecting rod machining.
The Rottler CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) software allows these machines to be used like an industrial CNC machine and perform general industrial machining operations. The easy-to-use and familiar Windows control reduces learning curve and training time. Custom programs can be created and virtually anything can be machined on the F79A.
Rottler CNC machines now boast cutting edge support features such as instant messaging and video conferencing direct from your touch screen control with pre-installed webcams and software. We also feature a new monitoring service that alerts our technicians of any irregularity in your software or performance so that we may contact you for preventative maintenance and updates that will enhance your production or prevent possible downtime.
