Rottler P55 Five-Axis Head Porting Machine
Rottler announces new P55 head porting machine with enhanced software based on Windows systems. This enhanced software will revolutionize the way you operate machine. New machine from Rottler is a complete system incorporating software, digitizing and machine all from one source. The new software allows new operator to be up and running cylinder heads in only couple of days vs. weeks on other systems.
The windows base software also allows operator to talk with factory through software to trouble shoot or help operator through the learning curve of operating new machine. Five axis on spindle makes machine much simpler and faster since machine pivots around the center of cutter and gives you +/- 60 degrees tilt for those hard to reach spots. Machine never has to chase port like on other design with pivot table as 5th axis. Direct drive axis motors and rotary vector gear reducer offer superior accuracy.
