MAHLE Clevite Canada Completes Acquisition of Engine Parts One
MAHLE Clevite Canada has completed the purchase of Canadian Engine Parts 1 Inc., which serves the Canadian engine parts market with five warehouses located across the country.
“The acquisition of Engine Parts 1 is a great arrangement for our customers,” said Michael Tate, MAHLE Clevite General Manager. “It allows us to deliver our premier engine parts, combined with the utmost level of service and engine expertise that we are known for.”
Tate says the acquisition will enable MAHLE Clevite to better meet the needs of its Canadian engine parts customers.
