ATK VEGE Acquires California Cylinder Heads
ATK
VEGE, a North American private label remanufacturer of engines, has
acquired California Cylinder Heads (CCH) of Orange, CA, from owner
Peter Winkler. Winkler started CCH nearly two decades ago in Garden
Grove, CA.
“The purchase of California Cylinder Heads
provides the opportunity to better serve our customers by allowing us
to expand our cylinder head product line,” said Peter Butterfield, CEO
and president of ATK VEGE. “We now have increased our inventory and
broadened our coverage of both domestic and Japanese heads for the
North American market.”
“We believe that our heads are
of superior quality and to back that up we offer the ATK VEGE limited
parts and labor warranty,” Butterfield added.
Immediately following the purchase, ATK VEGE integrated the operations of CCH into its facility in Dallas, TX.
