MAHLE’s high performance aluminum diesel race
pistons are now available for Dodge Cummins 5.9L 12v & 24v, GM
Duramax 6.6L, Ford Powerstroke 6.0L, 6.4L & 7.3L engine. MAHLE
racing diesel pistons are made to withstand the extreme cylinder
pressures typical in high boost diesel motorsports engines. Forged
from MAHLE’s proprietary M142P aluminum alloy for added strength, and
carefully machined to achieve a lighter weight, these pistons are
machined with race inspired bowl configurations and feature low
compression ratios.
As the largest diesel piston manufacturer worldwide, including those

attention to the piston profile, precision CNC pin fitting, and ring

membrane coating application to reduce scuffing, frictional drag, and
