ROL Manufacturing to Sell Motor/Transmission Mount Product Line to DEA
ROL Mfg. and DEA have jointly announced that ROL will sell
certain assets related to its motor/transmission mount product line to
DEA. The deal is scheduled to close before the end of May.
“This will allow ROL Mfg. to remain focused on our core
manufactured lines of engine gaskets and seals, exhaust components and
power steering hose. DEA is a leader in the motor/transmission mount
category and will add a lot of value for our customers,” said Frank
Frederick, executive vice president of ROL Mfg.
