The beauty is a beast! These tough stainless steel harmonic dampers are as tough as they are beautiful. They are the perfect custom touch for any street rod, street machine, show car or highly detailed engine. Professional Products has them polished to a mirror like finish, which unlike chrome, won’t chip, peel or yellow with age or heat. While more expensive than black steel dampers, these send the message that you won’t settle for anything less than the best.
The Chevy dampers fit the 350 (#82000) and 400 (#82001) engines, with the SB Ford versions available for the early (#82006-28 oz.) and late (#82007-50 oz.) engines. The Chevy damper is 6.75-inches in diameter, while the Ford damper is 6.4-inches. These Professional Products dampers purposely have only a TDC mark so as to not to mar the polished surface with multiple timing marks.
