North American Motor Sport Business Forum - New Pre-Show Conference for 2009

An unprecedented assembly of international motorsports leadership will present and discuss compelling industry trends at the inaugural North American Motor Sport Business Forum, December 8 - 9 in Orlando, Florida during the PRI Trade Show Week. The forum will be organized by IM2 Events, which has established a series of similar events in Europe and the Middle East and Just Marketing International.

Making its North American debut, the prestigious Forum is the pinnacle business platform for motor sport. The event will focus on the commercial side of the sport featuring presentations from A-List presenters from leading teams, sponsors, championship promoters and industry executives. Leadership from the highest echelons of NASCAR, IndyCar, NHRA, ALMS, and Grand-Am are expected among the event's featured speakers and panelists.

The participant list includes Steve Phelps, NASCAR Chief Marketing Officer; Roger VanDerSnick, International Speedway Corporation (ISC) Executive Vice President and COO; Roger Edmondson, Grand-Am President; Pau Serracanta, Managing Director Moto GP; Christian Horner, Team Principal Red Bull F1; and many more.

The Forum will also feature participation from several high-profile NASCAR sponsor representatives. Ron Rogowski, UPS Director of Sponsorships and Events, and Suzy Deering, Verizon Executive Director of Media and Sponsorships, have already been confirmed.

"We are delighted to bring our proven Forum to North America and we have been very pleased with our initial reception and response," said IM2 President Simon Berger.

Zak Brown, Founder and CEO of Just Marketing International (JMI), the world's leading motor sports-exclusive marketing agency, will act in the capacity of Forum Chairman.
