New CNC Machining Center
Powerful, versatile, easy to use enclosed machine joins family of CNC equipment.
Rottler will be introducing its newest model CNC machining center at its 2nd Annual Open House September 25th & 26th, 2009!
The new F69ATC machine comes
with a full enclosure, 24 piece tool changer and coolant capability.
The machine has a 10hp 5,000rpm spindle motor along with ability to read
G-code programs. The specialized Rottler software also allows
programming of block machining functions easily and with no prior
G-code programming experience.
The machine's table is 59x19.5˝ and can accept up to 1540 lbs. of weight. The machine has 39.3˝ X-axis travel (horizontal); 20˝ Y-axis travel (in and out); and 31.1˝ Z-axis travel (vertical). The spindle nose-to-table distance is 3.93˝ to 35˝.
The F69ATC weighs 9,000 lbs., has a footprint of 131˝ x 81˝ x104˝ (3210 x 2600 x 2900mm), requires 208/240V 50/60Hz single phase 30 amp power and 100 lbs. psi air pressure.
