Dart to Sponsor Black Rock – Canandaigua Late Model Challenge
Dart Machinery has teamed with Black Rock Speedway and Canandaigua Speedway to offer BRP CanAm late model teams a $3,000 point fund for a six event mini series.
Dart Machinery's CanAm challenge will include three back-to-back Friday,
Saturday programs inside the standard weekly programs at each of these
tracks.
“Dart has been involved with the BRP CanAm Late Model Series for seven
years and this is simply an extension of that program," said Dart's Bud Keating. "We at Dart are
excited that the BRP CanAm late model program has been expanded to
include several programs at Canandaigua Speedway for 2010. Black Rock
has been part of the BRP CanAm program for several years. The
geographic proximity of these two fine race tracks makes a perfect
setup for this challenge program. We are expanding our Dart Dirt Racing
Series program in several areas of the country. This is a perfect next
step for us in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State.”
Canandaigua Speedway has joined the BRP CanAm
Late Model Series with seven late model events on the 2010 schedule.
All seven are part of the Series via the home track bonus program. A
Series tour event will be held at the track known as the Land of
Legends on September 17.
Black Rock Speedway includes the BRP CanAm late models for all of its
racing programs. Black Rock will host Series tour events on July 2,
August 6, and October 23.
The Dart Dirt Black Rock-Canandaigua Late Model Challenge dates are May 7-8, June 18-19, and August 20-21
