Ultra Billet Crankshafts
Billet Cranks for GM LS Family Available in a Variety of Configurations
Callies Performance Products now has billet crankshafts for the LS family of engines in a wide range of configurations. LS Ultra crankshafts can be specified with 6 or 8 counterweights. Post configurations for LS1, LS7 and Big Block Chevy are available. With Ultra billets there are no minimum – maximum stroke limits. These crankshafts are produced from proprietary, low carbon- high nickel alloy steel and the new Aero-Shed surface finish is standard on all Ultra billet cranks.

Our precise, no compromise production efforts deliver dimensional accuracy that is second to none. Concentricity and surface finish are the two most desirable features in a high performance crankshaft journal. Each journal must be perfectly concentric to its specified centerline, and journal surface lobing (microscopic peaks and valleys in the journal surface) must be limited to no more than .00006˝ to further enhance oil film integrity at high engine speeds.
Every crankshaft is 100 percent inspected for critical dimensions, and the manufacturing equipment is constantly monitored for tolerance drift and tool degradation.
