Vibratory Shaker
System Offers Economical Batch Processing Of Parts in Ceramic or Aluminum Media
Vibratory cleaning is the most economical method of batch processing small quantities of parts. Viking Blast & Wash Systems has released its newest vibratory tub, the 54S. This 54-cubic foot shaker offers a tub measuring 95˝ long by 35˝ wide and 33˝ deep.
The vibratory tub is lined with a rugged, long-life urethane body liner and manganese end liners that provide long wear and lower maintenance costs. The 1" acoustic foam insulated cabinet, along with the internally mounted shaker motor, and fully enclosed shaker tub frame with thick steel plate lid offers noise reduction, and is rated within O.S.H.A noise level limits. Soft rubber foot pads keep the shaker from walking, reduces noise and require no bolting to the floor. The cleaning compound reservoir with three-stage settling filter and pump keeps cleaning compound free of sediment. Optional canister type filtration is also available.
