Chrysler Honors Federal-Mogul for Outstanding Performance
Federal-Mogul powertrain components highlighted on all-new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Chrysler
Group LLC recently honored Federal-Mogul Corp. for its outstanding
performance in providing a number of key powertrain components and
enabling the successful launch of the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
"The extraordinary work of the Federal-Mogul plants and the employees
was integral to the successful launch of the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee,"
said Eric Humphrey, Chrysler's senior manager of procurement. "We thank
Federal-Mogul for their contribution to the program."
Federal-Mogul President and CEO Jose Maria Alapont said, "I congratulate all
of our team members who have been involved in designing, manufacturing
and delivering leading technology and high-quality products for this
program. Their work and this recognition contribute to our company

The Federal-Mogul powertrain products recognized are produced at the
company's facilities in Athens, AL; Blacksburg, VA; Lake City,
MN; and Waupun, WI.
