New Balancing Machines

Balancing Can Offer An Entirely New Revenue Stream To Machine Shops

CWT has launched two new products for 2011 that will help machine shops find and profit from new markets.

The B5500 Series Balancing Machines feature a redesigned chassis, increasing its weight to 4200 pounds and placing the drilling platform above the drilling debris area. The drilling stability has been vastly improved and the linear bearing traverse system is now maintenance free. A 23" high resolution screen is ergonomically placed allowing easy access to motor and data entry functions along with great visibility.

Also, the New Multi-Bal Turbo balancing machine sets a new standard for turbo balancing applications. The unit is used for any small parts such as Turbine, Fans, Armatures or any small rotor that requires extreme close tolerance balancing.

"The name of the game is accuracy, proficiency and profitable. The new systems are ergonomically designed to eliminate the mental gymnastics and quickly/profitably process the job with the least amount of operator involvement. The only limit with our machines is the owner's marketing creativity," says company Vice President Randy Neal.
