'On-Site' Kit Offers Alternative To Traditional Oil Testing Methods
An average lab oil
analysis may cost up to $50-60 per test, and over 2-3 weeks waiting
time until the results are returned. The new “on-site” Instant
Oil Analysis Kit offers a fast and cost saving alternative at a
fraction of the cost of a conventional oil analysis. Simply apply a
few drops of oil, using a dipstick, to the test sheet and results
appear in a matter of a few seconds, at less than $1 per test.
Using the supplied
chromatographic color chart, you may diagnose the oil quality for
particle contaminants, depletion of fluid additives, soot content,
sludge and varnish, and indication of water fuel, or glycol
antifreeze dilution.
Developed by a chemical
engineer with over 30 years of lab experience, the Instant Oil
Analysis test sheet uses test media up to 2 micron, offering instant
results on gas, diesel, transmission, brake, steering, or any fluid,
anytime, anyplace. No tools required and anyone can test their
equipment.
