Coolant System Protectant
Coolant Additive Holds Calcium and Minerals in Suspension Rather Than Letting Them Stand in Radiator's Bottom
We all know what calcium does to our home plumbing. It does the same thing to your car. When you travel around the country you run into different water at each track some tracks have water that will eat right through your radiator.
Joe Gibbs Racing suffered with this very same problem for too many years. The difference is that when they got sick of replacing very expensive custom radiators and water pumps all the time they developed a product that would stabilize their cooling system.
Joe Gibbs' Coolant System Protector holds calcium and minerals in suspension rather than letting them stand in the bottom of your radiator. "One quart of CSP treats five gallons of water so we’re not talking a major expense. The radiator is your huge expense and CSP is going to insure that your radiator lasts longer than you may have thought possible," explains Lake Speed, Jr., Certified Lubrication Specialist, Joe Gibbs Racing. "Coolant System Protector was developed by Joe Gibbs racing as a way of cutting down on expensive radiator and water pump replacement. Now the very same product is available for your cooling system."
CSP can be used with straight water or anti-freeze. CSP also features a synthetic surfactant that reduces the surface tension of water. This enables better wetting of the cooling surfaces, which means better cooling efficiency. Anything that can save us money and help our cooling systems work better is a welcome product.
