Additional Part Numbers Added to 'Bulk' Fastener Product Line
Industry leader ARP® has added nearly 250 new part numbers
to its lineup of “bulk” fasteners available by size and packaged five to a
protective shrink-wrap card.
The new SKUs are a result of adding ½˝ (coarse and fine
thread) and M12 (metric in 1.50 and 1.75 pitch) fasteners to ARP’s collection
of “bulk” fasteners. These large sized bolts can be employed in a variety of
functions relating to chassis, suspension and engine mounting applications.
ARP now offers 5-packs in ¼˝, 5/16˝, 3/8˝, 7/16˝ and ½˝
diameters with underhead lengths ranging from ½˝ to 6˝ (varies by size) and M6,
M8, M10 and M12 bolts from 12mm to 100mm in length. They are available in
polished stainless steel or black oxide finished 8740 chrome moly steel; both
with a nominal rating of 170,000 PSI –considerably stronger than Grade 8
hardware. Also offered are choices between hex or 12-point heads.
The polished stainless steel bolts can be used to enhance
any build, and because they won’t rust, chip, peel or corrode they will provide
long-term reliability and good looks.
