SuperFlow Technologies To Merge With Dynamic Test Systems

SuperFlow Technologies Group recently announced a merger with Dynamic Test Systems (DTS). The merger combines the two leading engine dynamometer manufacturers in the industry.

“We are very excited to offer DTS dynamometers along with our existing SuperFlow dynos," said Scott Giles, CEO of SuperFlow. “We have always had a high level of respect for their designs and equipment and we’re expecting great things moving forward."

Steve Matthiesen, vice president of sales and marketing explained the vision for the merger, “We will continue offering all SuperFlow and DTS dynamometers as both product lines complement each other very nicely. The one major change, however, is that all DTS products will now feature SuperFlow’s WinDyn Data Acquisition System.”

According to Dave Arsenault, DTS president, “WinDyn is the industry standard data acquisition system. When paired with our water brakes and heavy duty engine stands we will be offering customers everything they have always liked about both brands.”

All DTS and SuperFlow employees will remain in their existing positions and service, sales and production of both product lines will continue as normal. “We want to continue offering unmatched customer support,” said Mark Weller, service and engineering manager for SuperFlow. “The transition will be seamless and customers of both brands should expect no interruptions in any of their service needs,” Weller continued. Customers of each brand are instructed to continue working with their respective service departments.

With the merger, SuperFlow said it is now positioned as the industry leader for performance vehicle and engine testing. According to the company, no one in the industry can provide a complete, turnkey solution for every piece of test equipment required by a performance shop. The advantages include centralized customer support records and one standard software platform across all product lines.
