2011 SEMA: OZMO Carbon Fiber Intake for GM LS1, LS2 & LS3 Engines
OZMO Engineering specializes in carbon fiber intake manifolds for all LS based Corvettes. Their XS3 manifold won four awards in the 2011 SEMA New Product Showcase and was selected from more that 1,500 entries.
These manifolds combine the beauty and strength of carbon fiber, with polished CNC flanges, to create a high strength manifold with low thermal transfer properties and the ultimate performance. Twin throttle bodies separate the cylinder heads and can help tame bigger cams, providing better idling and a broad torque curve due to long runners.
A balance tube between the two plenums corrects any issues with imbalanced throttle bodies and allows more time driving and less time tinkering with individual throttle bodies.
The the fuel rails and injectors are discretely hidden under the manifolds to clean up the top of the engine. In addition to the XS3 cross-ram style manifold, OZMO also has low profile manifolds with shorter runners that fit under all Corvette hoods and utilize a single throttle body for easy installation.
