Matt's 1929 Ford Model A Hot Rod

6/4/2008
Rating:

This 29 Ford Model A hot rod was built by EB tech editor Larry Carley's son Matt. The project took about 3 years, and all the work was done by Matt without dad's help. This photo was taken on the car's first roll out for a short test drive. It still needs some finishing inside and out, but is nearing completion. The car is powered by a 351 Cleveland Ford engine and has a C6 auto trans and a unique shift lever made out of a real bowling pin.
