Doug Anderson's ’40 Ford Coupe

Doug Anderson not only found his old high school car but he bought it and restored it to beyond its original luster. It has a Chevy 406 cid "Torque Monster" engine featuring Mahle forged 9.5:1 CR pistons, 6˝ Eagle rods, 224/230 duration 477/480 lift Comp Cam, Edelbrock intake, Edelbrock 750 AFB carb, which produced 397 hp at 5,000 rpm and 457 lb.ft. of torque at 4,000 rpm.
