Exhibit Booths for the 2010 International BIG R Show Almost 50 Percent Sold Out

The Automotive Parts Remanufacturers Association (APRA) is reporting that
booth sales for the upcoming 2010 International BIG R Show, to be held
at the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel Oct. 30 – Nov.1, have been very strong so
far. The 2010 International BIG R Show will be held in Las Vegas just
prior to the AAPEX and SEMA Shows.

This year’s BIG R Show will be co-sponsored by Engine Builder magazine, as well as by APRA’s Heavy Duty Remanufacturing Group (HDRG).

To help promote the sales, educational and networking opportunities offered through the Diesel Engine Program and Exhibit Section of this year’s International BIG R Show, Engine Builder magazine invites all engine builders to attend the 2010 International Big R Show at no charge.

The schedule of engine seminars, running from 9:30 a.m to 4:45 p.m. on Saturday, October 30, will include:

“Rebuilding and Machining Cat Diesels to Compete with OEM Dealers” and “Diesel Engines: Common Failures and Repair Strategies,” presented by David Bianchi, B&G Machine, Seattle, WA. David Bianchi is Vice President, Sales and Marketing of B&G Machine in Seattle, WA. With a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Gonzaga University, David brings unique technical insight to the company’s sales and marketing efforts. David has successfully orchestrated a growth path that has seen B&G Machine’s operations go from local to International.

“Extending Rebuilt Diesel Engine Life Through Proper Cooling System Maintenance and Analysis” presented by Mike Goodhart, Penray. Goodhart has been with Nalco/Penray for 36 years, gaining expertise with cooling system and fuel related issues with the trucking, rail, marine, mining as well as stationary power. He is currently a member of the Technology and Maintenance Council (TMC) of the American Tucking Association (ATA) and has experience dealing with technicians and how they test and maintain the truck coolants.

“The Future of Diesel Motorsports Panel Discussion/Roundtable” moderated by Ron Knoch, National Association of Diesel Motorsports (NADM), Kansas City, MO. NADM?promotes and is open to all diesel motorsports associations, clubs and events and holds a number of national events – including diesel drag racing, sled pulling and dyno competitions, as well as exhibitions and show-n-shine vehicles. This panel discusion will include leading diesel performance providers including Brady Williams of Industrial Injection, Salt Lake City, UT; Zane Koch, Wide Open Performance, Sandy, UT; and Guy Tripp, SoCal Diesel, Valencia, CA.

“Detecting and Preventing Early Engine Failure Through Proper Oil and Filter Analysis” presented by Danny Sparling, Senior Partner and Mechanical/Reliability Engineer at the Oil Analysis Lab, Reliability Group in Belle Fourche, SD, Sparling is a gearhead, has built and raced high performance engines since high school and is an experienced road racer and SCCA autocross racer. He worked in the oil industry offshore in Louisiana for several years with Schlumberger as a Cased Hole Wireline Engineer. He started working in Reliability with Michelin Tire in 1999 (3 years), and has been in the mining industry ever since. His experience as a maintenance and reliability engineer and manager in large mining applications has focused on mobile mining equipment – haul trucks, blades, scraper, dozer, loaders, draglines, shovels, etc.
