Win Dream Trip to Indy, Charlotte in Pennzoil ‘Shift to Clean’ Promotion

The Pennzoil brand team has announced the Pennzoil “Shift to Clean” promotion, which offers a VIP trip to the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway and the big race in Indianapolis.

Starting on March 1 and going through April 30, fans can enter for a chance to win many great prizes from Pennzoil, including autographed sheet-metal from the Shell-Pennzoil Dodge, $20 gift cards to participating retailers, Kurt Busch-autographed hero cards, Ringtone-style MP3s featuring Kurt Busch, and even an autographed piston from one of the Kurt Busch’s Penske Racing race cars.  One lucky consumer and guest will win a VIP trip to both big Memorial Day weekend races, the Indianapolis 500 held in the afternoon at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and the Coca-Cola 600, held in the evening at the Charlotte Motor Speedway.

“Pennzoil is giving consumers a chance to win big all while giving their engines a clean change,” said Shell-Pennzoil driver Kurt Busch.  “Pennzoil didn’t waste any time in putting together a winning promotion for the fans.  By entering, consumers will have a chance to win a race fan’s ultimate trip for two. Two races, two cities, one day!”

The winner will first attend the big race in Indianapolis as a special guest of Pennzoil and Penske Racing, where they may have the opportunity to meet three-time Indianapolis 500 champion Helio Castroneves, driver of the No. 3 Shell V-Power/Pennzoil Ultra Dallara Honda. Following the activities in Indianapolis, the winner and guest will travel by private jet aircraft more than 625 miles to Charlotte Motor Speedway, where they will attend NASCAR’s longest race, the Coca-Cola 600. There, the winner may have the opportunity to meet Penske Racing NASCAR driver and 2004 Sprint Cup Series champion Kurt Busch.

“It is every driver’s dream to compete in both of these races on the same day,” said Castroneves. “To be a fan and get the kind of experience the winner is going to receive at these two great racing events will be something they will never forget.”

Consumers can have a shot at winning the VIP trip by visiting participating installer locations and asking for a Pennzoil oil change to receive a game piece with a code to enter online.
