Turner’s personal interests include drag racing and flying. His love for everything performance began as a teen while working on hot rods with his father. Shane gained interest in drag racing while working as an Edelbrock Technical Sales Representative, and with the help of a few friends earned his Super Comp license in 2000. Turner currently campaigns his dragster in everything from Super Eliminator to Super Comp and has earned two number one qualifier awards, three top ten season finishes and one NHRA Divisional event win.

Edelbrock recently selected Rob Morse of AutoRep Sales and Marketing as its representative for the expansion of their original equipment sales efforts in the great lakes and Midwestern region. Morse will draw on his more than seven years of manufacturer sales representation experience combined with his fifteen years of sales and marketing experience with Ford Motor Company to further expand Edelbrock’s products, aluminum foundry and manufacturing services to original equipment manufacturers.

According to Edelbrock Vice President of Sales Steve Whipple, "Rob’s professional experience and track record has earned this appointment. Experience aside, Rob is an automotive enthusiast who understands the diverse performance aftermarket marketplace. He and AutoRep will be valuable assets to the Edelbrock sales team and we expect an immediate and positive impact from their efforts."
