Jasper Supplier Award presented to King Bearings for Overall Quality

king_engine_bearings_logoKing Engine Bearings has received its second consecutive award from Jasper Engines and Transmissions, North America’s largest remanufacturer of gasoline and diesel powertrain and drivetrain components. King was awarded the 2012 Jasper Outstanding Service Award, as well as the Key Supplier and Partner award, now followed by the 2013 Jasper Overall Quality Award. Only four suppliers out of over 1,000 were awarded with this honor, based on Jaspers stringent requirements.

“We couldn’t be more pleased to have been recognized by Jasper again this year,” says Limor DePetro, Director of Sales and Marketing for King Engine Bearings. “Jasper is the leader in remanufactured engines, and with so many Jasper engines on the road, their trust in the quality of King Bearings is an honor in itself and the award just reaffirms our continued commitment to quality and service excellence.”

Jasper’s Overall Quality award is based on scorecards that track specific manufacturer performance across multiple measures such as issue resolution, overall response time, product quality inspection, and overall perception of quality, to name a few. King Engine Bearings has been a leading supplier to Jasper for over 25 years.
