WIX Filters, a manufacturer of filtration products, introduced 334 new parts in 2014, with more than half of the new numbers serving the light- and heavy-duty premium segments. This total includes 132 premium light-duty and 109 premium heavy-duty filter applications.

Most notably, WIX added four part numbers for the world’s first proactive molecular hydraulic oil water absorber (a product announced late last year).

WIX also released over 50 new heavy duty fuel filters to keep up with the ever increasing demands in the market for quality fuel protection. Today’s modern engines need increasingly precise protection and WIX is helping to deliver on those needs.

WIX plans on offering even more coverage for the premium category, paying specific attention to its XP product line.

With recommended drain intervals becoming longer and longer, it’s necessary for these filters to have even better protection. This is where the WIX XP product consistently delivers, and will continue to be innovated in advance of and in response to industry trends.
