Radium Engineering is an American company dedicated to designing products that end fuel starvation on high performance vehicles. The company has released its Coyote Fuel Rail Kit (PN 20-0173) and innovative Coyote Fuel Rail Plumbing Kit (sold separately) for the Ford 5.0L Coyote modular engine found in the 2011+ Ford Mustang (including Boss), Ford F-150, and Australian Ford Falcon.
Radium’s Ford Coyote fuel rails feature a large 0.69″ internal diameter bore to ensure adequate fuel delivery on ultra high horsepower applications, including turbocharged and supercharged Coyote engines. The rails are precision CNC machined from solid 6061 billet aluminum and are then media blasted, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. The end ports are tapped with -8AN ORB threads (3/4-16 female) to accommodate high volumes of fuel flow.
The rails’ lower center ports are tapped with 3/8″ NPT female threads for optional fuel pulse dampers or adapter fittings, and upper center ports are tapped with 1/8″ NPT female threads for adding a fuel pressure gauge, sensors, or nitrous nozzle. Radium Engineering’s fuel rail kits offer an optional integrated fuel pulse damper that absorbs oscillating pulses to help stabilize fuel pressure (especially with high flow injectors) to improve both idle quality and power throughout the RPM range, and an optional, liquid-filled fuel pressure gauge that complements the look of the fuel rails.

Radium’s Coyote fuel rail injector bores are 14mm ID which allow the factory injectors to be retained. The fuel rails and all kit components are compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures, such as E85. Radium’s Coyote Fuel Rail Kit is compatible with OEM return-less or aftermarket return style fuel systems.
Radium’s optional Coyote Fuel Rail Plumbing Kit (PN 20-0174) uses a high flowing Y-adapter fitting that feeds the rails in parallel for even fuel distribution, unlike other kits on the market that reuse the awkward 180 degree feed line that feed the fuel rails in series. This innovative kit eliminates any unnecessary fuel hoses being routed over the top of the engine where preheating the fuel can occur. It plumbs the fuel rails starting from the SAE quick-disconnect fitting located upstream near the firewall and delivers an OEM-style, bolt-on installation.
