Radium Engineering has released a large diameter GM LS Fuel Rail Kit for LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6, LS7, L76 and L99 engines that need additional volume for high fuel flow, and a bolt-on LS Catch Can that protects the engine from excessive blow-by during high performance driving.
Radium Engineering’s GM LS Fuel Rail Kit (PN 20-0232) includes innovative adjustable mounting feet that allow for installation on almost any Chevy LS engine by flipping and reinstalling the feet into different threaded holes on the rails. These billet LS fuel rails are sold in pairs and feature a large 0.69″ internal diameter (ID) bore to suit even the most fuel hungry engines.
Although they are designed to deliver fuel for high horsepower LS engines, the injector bores maintain the factory 14mm ID allowing for stock fuel injectors for enthusiasts who want aggressive looks and room to grow their fuel delivery as power increases. Radium’s LS Fuel Rails are compatible with all alcohol and gasoline fuel types.
Radium’s LS Fuel Rails and mounting feet are CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminum, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. The rails’ end ports are machined with -8AN ORB (3/4-16 female) threads. Two lower -8AN ORB (3/4-16 female) center ports are included and can be used for optional adapters. This kit includes two fuel rails, four mounting feet, and stainless steel mounting bolts for the feet and rails.
The LS Fuel Rail Plumbing Kit (PN 20-0263, sold separately) cleans up the routing of the factory LS fuel hoses. It reuses the OEM fuel hose and includes an alcohol-fuel-compatible PTFE -8AN crossover hose for the front of the rails. The kit’s inlet fittings provide for the use of the OEM 3/8″ SAE quick connector and plugs are provided for the unused ports. This fuel rail plumbing kit is a direct bolt-on for all LS variations except for early LS1 engines that use an in-rail fuel pressure regulator.
Hydraulic pulses from the fuel pump and the opening and closing of injectors can create undesirable pressure fluctuations and possible interference with injector flow. High performance vehicles running high fuel pressures, high flow injectors and boosted applications can be especially susceptible to fuel pulse issues. A fuel pulse damper works by allowing the volume of the fuel system to change slightly, providing the ability to absorb the pulses.
Radium Engineering has designed the first aftermarket vacuum-referenced fuel pulse dampers, FPD-R and FPD-XR, to ensure proper fuel pulse damping at elevated fuel pressures. This design maintains full damping function throughout the range of pressures seen in the fuel system.

Radium Engineering’s Bolt-On GM LS Catch Can (PN 20-0260) effectively raises fuel octane levels and increases engine performance through cleaner inlet air. It mounts to the right-hand cylinder head using existing mounting holes and includes everything needed for a complete installation regardless of whether the engine is in the stock chassis or swapped (ensure your vehicle has the necessary clearance in the catch can mounting area before ordering).
Radium’s LS Bolt-On Catch Can installs in-line with the PCV valve and uses a closed-loop design that does not vent to atmosphere, making it emissions and track legal. This design routes clean, filtered air back into the engine, allowing it to be burned and promote negative crankcase pressure for optimal performance, and prevents unwanted oil vapors from entering into a vehicle’s cabin.
Unlike many catch cans on the market, Radium’s catch cans feature an integrated oil separator that accelerates oil condensation, cleaning PCV gases and reducing oil build-up on the inside of the intake tract and intake manifold. The stainless steel filtration media used to separate the oil is cleanable and re useable.
Radium’s catch cans have a 8oz capacity and are 5″ tall with an OD of 2.45″. They are machined from 6061 billet aluminum, anodized and laser engraved. They feature two-piece construction with a removable bottom that can be unscrewed and easily drained. All ports are O-ring sealed.
