JX Nippon Oil & Energy USA Inc. has announced that ENEOS 0W-16 Fully Synthetic Motor Oil, developed with the next generation technology of JX Nippon Oil & Energy Corp., is scheduled to launch on December 16, 2016 in the USA and Canada.
