Stanadyne LLC Acquires Pure Power Technologies, Inc.

Stanadyne LLC has announced it acquired Pure Power Technologies Inc. (Pure Power), a manufacturer of diesel fuel injectors and turbochargers headquartered in Columbia, S.C. The combined companies bring together highly complementary product lines that will form a global company.

The combined companies bring together highly complementary product lines that will form a global company delivering broad fuel and air management systems directly to OEMs and OES/aftermarket channels.

With world-class facilities supporting the design, development, validation and production of best-in-class products for its customers, the enhanced Stanadyne organization now offers extremely deep technical expertise in fuel management engineering and high-volume, high-precision manufacturing. Complementary products, market channels and facilities enable the new company to leverage scale and better support an expanded customer base.

Stanadyne, a supplier of fuel management systems and components, has a long and rich history of manufacturing fuel systems, with a strong emphasis on pumping technology in both diesel and high-pressure gasoline. An engineering-centric company with expansive R&D capabilities, the company serves the light vehicle, off-road and various other industrial markets.

Recently, the company launched an expanded product line of new and remanufactured turbochargers that are assembled in Pure Power’s IATF 16949 and ISO 14001-certified manufacturing facility in Blythewood, S.C.
