Central Illinois Dragway, a 1/8-mile, IHRA-sanctioned drag strip in Havana, Illinois is for sale at $850,000.

The 53-acre facility was voted the IHRA Summit SuperSeries Track of the Year in 2015 and is one of the most popular tracks in the state. Racers from all across the country, including famed drag racer Tim Wilkerson, have competed at the track over the years.
Central Illinois Dragway opened its doors to drag racing in 1969, and is one of the longest running dragstrips in Illinois. Historically, the track has operated under the names of Mason County Dragway and Midstate Dragway. Frank Hutto purchased the track in 2011 and made many improvements.

Recently, the track has been completely resurfaced and the facility has been renovated with new lighting, a brand new shutdown area, a new return road, additional seating, improved staging lanes, upgraded concessions, and the installation of 330 feet of track cooling. The property also features a designated area for RV parking and camping.
Popular events at the track include the Nostalgia Quick Series, Ozark Mountain Super Shifters, Nostalgia Super Stock Association, Nostalgia Glassers and the Illinois Valley Seed Footbrake Challenge.

Purchase of the track comes with a three-bedroom mobile home/office and a long list of other buildings, vehicles and equipment.
