Dayco Appoints Jay Buckley Director Heavy-Duty/Specialty Markets

Jay Buckley has joined Dayco as the director, heavy-duty and specialty markets for the U.S. aftermarket team. Jay will work in the Troy, MI office and report to Mike McTeer, vp sales & marketing for the U.S. aftermarket.

Jay will be responsible for HD, powersports and off-road product management. Additionally, he will use his experience and expertise to lead Dayco’s technical and training resurgence to the end user technicians.

Jay most recently led sales, marketing and product management for XToolUSA. Prior to that he held roles with AlliedSignal / Honeywell’s Autolite Spark Plugs, Bendix Brakes, and FRAM Filtration.

Jay is a graduate of the Denver Automotive and Diesel College. He earned a certification from ASE as a Master Tech in Diesel and Service Consultant.
