Champion Modern Muscle Motor Oils

These premium mixtures of synthetic base fluids and additives provide maximum durability and protection from wear and viscosity breakdown by including special lubricity modifiers, and premium anti-wear additives.

Champion Oil has unveiled more SKUs of motor oils specifically formulated to maximize the demands of today’s high-performance street vehicles.

Champion Modern Muscle Motor Oils (CMM) are licensed by the American Petroleum Institute (API) with viscosity grades of SAE 5W-30 (late model LS platform), SAE 0W-40 (late model Mopar / Hemi platform) and SAE 5W-50 (late model Coyote platform).

These motor oils will fit most types of modern vehicles, including high-performance turbocharged engines, supercharged gasoline engines, and multi-valve fuel injected engines found in today’s street performance automobiles and trucks, plus OEM “Crate Motors” that recommend an API Licensed Motor Oil or that need to meet or exceed DEXOS-2015.

CMM Part Numbers Include:

#4403H/12   Modern Muscle SAE 5W-50 Full Synthetic

#4403AN      Modern Muscle SAE 5W-50 Full Synthetic

#4402H/12   Modern Muscle SAE 0W-40 Full Synthetic

#4402AN       Modern Muscle SAE 0W-40 Full Synthetic

#4401H/12   Modern Muscle SAE 5W-30 Full Synthetic

#4401AN      Modern Muscle SAE 5W-30 Full Synthetic

Champion’s CMM Motor Oils provide fuel economy performance, cleaning power and engine protection, even during extended oil change intervals. These high-performance oils are proven to significantly reduce wear and viscosity breakdown due to advancements in additive engineering.

CMM Motor Oils utilize Champion’s “Blue E.T.” (Enhanced Technology) racing additive, and Champion’s TVS (Thermal Viscosity Stabilizer) performance additive. These proprietary technologies deliver film strength at high temperature, better piston ring seal for maximum compression, and increase horsepower and torque in most engines.

These premium mixtures of synthetic base fluids and additives provide maximum durability and protection from wear and viscosity breakdown by including special lubricity modifiers, and premium anti-wear additives.

The supercharger utilizes the largest, most-efficient rotating group produced by Eaton, the TVS2650.

Harrop has released its innovative TVS2650 Supercharger Kit for the Ford 7.3L Godzilla engine. The supercharger utilizes the largest, most-efficient rotating group produced by Eaton, the TVS2650 and has an inverted design increasing the plenum volume to maximize performance.

The front drive / front inlet design allows for a shorter less restrictive intake path allowing for improved airflow and superior performance. Like all Harrop products, the TVS2650 for the Ford 7.3 Godzilla is expertly assembled by qualified supercharger technicians to ISO9001 quality standards, before being individually tested in-house on a dynamometer to ensure reliability and durability.

Carrillo Forged Pistons and Connecting Rods for Ford 7.3L Godzilla

These pistons are forged from 2618T aluminum alloy and machined on dedicated CNC machine cells to tight tolerances. 2618 aluminum has a lower silicon content than other alloys. That makes the pistons stronger and more ductile—perfect for high-load, high-stress applications like superchargers, turbochargers, or nitrous oxide.  Related Articles – Fluidampr Harmonic Damper from Summit Racing

Fluidampr Harmonic Damper from Summit Racing Equipment

The factory harmonic damper on your modern GM, Ford, or Mopar V8 are ‘tuned’ to absorb what’s called torsional vibration in the engine’s normal operating RPM range. Performance modifications, particularly ones that increase torque, produce added vibration in an RPM range that the elastomer damper wasn’t designed to handle. That vibration will accelerate component wear,
