Lucas Oil Receives the O’Reilly Auto Parts Supplier Award

Lucas Oil Products, Inc. has received the Sales and Service Award from O’Reilly Auto Parts on February 1, 2021. Lucas Oil was selected as the winner of this award thanks to the shipping department’s notable 99.2% fill and 97% on-time delivery rates, along with the company’s support across various promotional and advertising campaigns.

With strategic support from Lucas Oil, O’Reilly stores nationwide increased the range of Lucas Oil products available for purchase and saw impressive growth in sales over the past nine months along with increased market share and revenue. In addition to expanding its range of products available in O’Reilly stores, Lucas Oil’s commitment to customer service was instrumental in helping the O’Reilly team handle any mishaps with orders in a timely manner.

“To be recognized by O’Reilly Auto Parts as the winner of their Sales and Service Award is a real honor for our company. We worked closely with the team at O’Reilly Auto Parts this year to ensure our partnership with the retail chain helped them keep up with consumer demand,” said Shane Burns, Lucas Oil vp of sales. “This year presented various challenges for us, and I am extremely proud of our entire team for staying committed and working together to keep our retail partners happy when they needed us most.”

“In 2020, Lucas exceeded our expectations under very difficult market conditions.
