Vintage Air Promotes Three Key Team Members

Vintage Air, a manufacturer of complete performance air conditioning systems for classics, trucks, hot rods and street rods, has announced promotions for multiple members of its senior management team. Effective immediately, founder Jack Chisenhall will take on the role of CEO, Executive Vice President Rick Love will become president, Allison Chisenhall-Harding will become COO, and Ryan Zwicker will become the chief innovation officer.

Rick Love

The new senior management roles will place founder and former president Jack Chisenhall as the CEO, where he will continue to oversee the organization. Long time company leader Rick Love will become the president, where he will oversee day-to-day operations at the facility and continue working closely with all teams.

Allison Chisenhall-Harding

Allison Chisenhall-Harding formerly held the position of special projects manager. In her new role as COO, Chisenhall-Harding will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing and production side of the business, including optimizing the production process through staff and production scheduling, improving facility layouts and time of equipment usage. Additionally, she will work closely with the engineers and production supervisors to enhance production flow and managerial techniques.

Ryan Zwicker has been with the company for more than two decades and was formerly vice president of engineering and technology. In his new role as chief innovation officer, he will continue to oversee product and manufacturing engineering as part of the product development process.

Ryan Zwicker

“The entire team at Vintage Air has shown to be passionate and driven to succeed during this unpredictable time, and I couldn’t be more confident in the decision to promote our upper management team,” said company CEO Jack Chisenhall. “With decades of experience combined between Rick, Ryan and Allison, I know Vintage Air is positioned to continue being the leader in designing and manufacturing performance air conditioning systems.”
