Pim van den Bergh Joins United Engine & Machine

United Engine & Machine Co., a leading manufacturer of cast and forged pistons, has announced that Pim van den Bergh has joined its team as National Sales Director. Over the last few years, UEM has earned a growing position in the market by diversifying its piston
lineup across diesel and forged race performance, alongside its robust offerings in the OE replacement sector.

UEM has additionally pushed piston coating technology and innovation to the forefront of modern piston design. Pim will add to this momentum by bringing a strong leadership attitude, technical knowhow, business management experience, and in-depth knowledge of the automotive aftermarket.

Pim will lead UEM sales initiatives across all market channels in all countries to chart a course of service to the customer. He will coordinate external sales efforts and build relationships that are mutually beneficial to both the clients and UEM. Pim’s team will include an array of industry experts, external sales reps and a strong team of internal sales
technicians.

Pim most recently spent time as director, OE sales and international sales with Reliance Power Parts. Pim also brings with him a unique International acumen, speaking five languages and having strong perspective of international markets.
