Aeromotive Introduces Its First Ever Universal Fuel Cell Plate

The Aeromotive Fuel Cell Plate with fuel pump and accessory mounts provides maximum safety and durability for fuel cells at least 10-inches deep.

Aeromotive, the leading aftermarket fuel systems and accessories manufacturer, has developed a universal fuel cell plate with bolt patterns to fit most fuel cells with a 6×10-inch outlet plate. The fuel cell plate is engineered for use with most Aeromotive fuel pumps and allows for local or remote filling without the need to purchase an additional fill neck.

The Aeromotive Fuel Cell Plate with fuel pump and accessory mounts provides maximum safety and durability for fuel cells at least 10-inches deep. The fuel cell plate has features like an integrated roll-over valve, a billet fuel filler neck and cap, and provisions for a tube-style sending unit. They are sold with all necessary hardware, return line port fittings and gasket.

Aeromotive’s Fuel Cell Plate Part #18056 is compatible with all Aeromotive Phantom fuel systems, including Phantom 200, Phantom 340, Phantom Flex and Phantom Dual, and in-tank fuel pumps, including the A1000, Eliminator, 3.5 Spur Gear Pump, 5.0 Spur Gear Pump, 7.0 Spur Gear Pump and 10.0 Spur Gear Pump. Part # 18057 has provisions for Aeromotive Trifekta In-Tank Systems with triple-pump configurations. Both part numbers use the standard 24-bolt pattern for 6×10-inch fuel cell oval cutouts. The included hardware is made of highly-durable anodized aluminum or stainless steel. A synthetic cork gasket that creates the best possible seal and maintains maximum longevity is also included.

Aeromotive’s one-year limited warranty backs these new fuel cell plates. For more information on the Aeromotive Fuel Cell Plate and other products, visit www.Aeromotiveinc.com.

Dillon’s Carbinite coating is ideal for hard or soft jaws, especially Vise Jaws and Step Jaws used for clamping applications.

A new wear-resistant textured carbide coating available on Dillon Manufacturing chuck jaws effectively doubles the gripping force and eliminates slippage to improve mill performance and shorten cycle times. Carbonite is applied using a process called Electro Spark Deposition (ESD) to hard or soft jaws after they are milled to customer requirements. It has been shown to nearly double the gripping strength at equal clamping force.
