Jesel and Kill Devil Diesel have together introduced the world’s first and only aftermarket valvetrain system for the 6.7L Powerstroke. Jesel Valvetrain Innovation’s new Pro-Steel Rocker system will be available exclusively through Kill Devil Diesel and its dealers.
The engineers at Jesel have ensured that the Pro-Steel Rocker System for the 6.7L Powerstroke will handle the immense cylinder pressures of 3000+ hp competition engines and are strong enough to endure a grueling 24-hour road race or Drag Week-style events with miles to spare. Through extensive engineering and FEA analysis, Jesel has designed a steel-bodied rocker with less deflection and better moment of inertia than factory, aluminum, or any other rockers on the market. These advancements allow engine builders the opportunity to develop a more aggressive cam profile by utilizing a more stable valvetrain package, which allows the engine to make more power, higher in the rpm range.
The new rocker kit includes left and right rocker stands, 16 shaft-mounted, forged-steel rockers, 16 tool-steel valve bridges, oil plugs, all secured with ARP hardware.
