RaceTec Extreme Duty LS7 FSR Pistons

RaceTec’s Extreme Duty LS7 F.S.R. pistons are manufactured using 2618 material internally and externally braced boxed forgings that will accept most extreme racing applications.

RaceTec’s Extreme Duty LS7 F.S.R. pistons are manufactured using 2618 material internally and externally braced boxed forgings that will accept most extreme racing applications. CNC precision is used in every manufacturing operation with valve pockets machined for oversized valves and high lift cams. They offer critically machined ring grooves for 1.5mm, 3.0mm rings.

These pistons also feature top ring land gas distribution grooves to enhance performance and improve ring seal, 927-2250-51-18C chromoly wrist pins, pin fit, wire locks, broached double pin oilers, and accumulator groove.

Diamond tooling is used throughout production including ring grooves and skirts for tolerance control and finish. RaceTec pistons are dyno tested and race track proven. For more info: https://racetecpistons.com/
