Thunder Valley Raceway Park—the 1/4-mile drag strip in Noble, Oklahoma—is for sale for $2.85 million.
First opened in 1992, the NHRA-sanctioned drag strip regularly hosts Lucas Oil Series divisions, no-prep racing, and Discovery’s Street Outlaws events.
The 193-acre facility sits near the Canadian River, I-35, and the BNSF Railway.
According to published reports, the current co-owner, Chad Stephens, wants the buyer to continue running the facility as a drag racing destination but also sees potential for a multi-use property, including hay production.
The track will continue to run events, with the next race set for Friday, August 12, for the Fun ‘n Grudge match.
