It’s a tedious process, but it’s one that pays off in the long run – we’re talking about double checking our specs on this small block Ford prior to the assembly. In this episode, Chris walks you through what to look for to ensure you’re building an engine that will live. We check the bore on the Man’OWar block, the piston-to-wall clearance, the Diamond piston itself, the Callies crank journals, the Callies rods, and we file fit the Total Seal rings so we are ready for the next step – bottom end assembly.
