Jesel Pro Aluminum Series Shaft Rockers

Jesel rockers' custom blended 7000 Series aluminum alloy allows for the design of an extremely durable and lightweight valvetrain assembly.

From drag racing to endurance racing and everything in between, Jesel’s Pro Series shaft rockers get racers to the winner’s circle. Pro Series rocker systems are built and custom manufactured to your specifications.

These Pro Aluminum Series rockers include premium standard features like a shot-peened surface finish, profiled rocker tail and a clipped-pin nose roller while allowing you to customize rocker ratio, adjuster offset and lightening options to your specific needs. Even the rocker stands can be custom ordered if needed to compensate for longer than stock valve lengths.

Used by top engine builders worldwide, Jesel rockers’ excellent mechanical properties inherent to their custom blended 7000 Series aluminum alloy allows for the design of an extremely durable and lightweight valvetrain assembly. Tensile strength of the custom blended alloy at 300° far exceeds that of the less expensive, industry standard 2024 alloys. Low moment of inertia along with FEA designed bodies ensures that lobe lift is not wasted due to rocker body deflection.

Available rocker bodies are:

A. Solid Body
1.650 Pivot BB Rocker / Weight: 210g
Jesel’s strongest rocker body. Intended for use with high cylinder pressure applications such as nitrous and blowers.

B. Mohawk Beam
1.650 Pivot BB Rocker / Weight: 195g
Jesel’s stiffest lightweight body. Lowest moment of inertia ideal for extremely high RPM valve control and extended spring life.

C. Standard Slot
1.650 Pivot BB Rocker / Weight: 202g
Jesel’s default lightening program. Provides for a stiff body capable of controlling the valvetrain at high RPM.
