Lithium Pros Debuts the Ultra-lightweight T925-16 Racing Battery

Revolutionizing motorsports, lithium-ion battery technology can deliver ultra-lightweight power storage capabilities to give top-level competitors the edge they need. Delivering 16V starting power for total-loss racing applications, the T925-16 from Lithium Pros weighs in at just over seven pounds while being similar in overall size to many standard motorcycle batteries. Providing 750 cranking amps that can quickly turn over high-compression, high-horsepower engines, it is designed to go the distance for top-level drag racing applications and circle track events of 50 laps or less without needing a power-robbing alternator.

Excelling in size and weight, the T925-16 enables race teams to locate the battery where it’s most convenient. Using Lithium Ion Phosphate technology not only provides faster starts than other batteries but can also discharge more energy towards the end of the run or race when needed most. Delivering 30% more discharge than a traditional lead acid battery at a fraction of the size, lithium-ion batteries from Lithium Pros are a clear winner for those who need the best. 

The T925-16 is designed with a built-in charge protection board with its own dedicated ground terminal to ensure balanced and safe recharging. An optional package pairs the T925-16 with the Lithium Pros 1008 Racing Battery Charger, a fully-automatic 18.25V, 15A charger that displays voltage, amperage and amp-hours charged via its LCD display.
