Diamond -2K Series Pistons for 6.2L and 6.4L Hemi Engines

These Hemi pistons are made from 2618 material for high horsepower, boosted applications and are rated for 2,000 HP.

Diamond’s Hemi -2K Series for 6.2L and 6.4L Engines provide a variety of features. Included are 3D milling on piston crowns for ready to install finish; Inboard forging design with fully machined under crown for maximum strength; Valve pockets designed to work with 6.2L Hellcat cylinder heads; Side gas ports for better ring seal; Moly skirt coating for friction loss and skirt wear protection, and more.

These pistons feature a top ring down dimension of .250″ 1.050cd .300″ 1.275cd. The ratios are figured for a .040″ head gasket @ 9.280″ deck. Each piston set features a premium 1.5mm x 1.5mm x 3.0mm ring package and premium H-13 .250W wrist pins chamfered for round wire locks. The valve pocket depth is 0.130″ intake and sym exhaust.
